What Type of Allergy Treatment is Right for Me?
Southern Arizona ENT offers both injections and oral drops for allergy relief. Once you have completed all your allergy testing, Dr. Ray will work with you to explore your options so that you understand the benefits and drawbacks of each treatment.
Once you have decided to move forward with a treatment plan, we’ll begin working with you to alleviate your allergy symptoms either by, Subcutaneous Immunotherapy, also called allergy shots, or Sublingual Drops, which is the oral treatment where you place several drops under your tongue for several minutes each day.
Both of these treatments offer relatively similar results, but will have different commitments for you as a patient. We want to ensure we’re basing our treatment plan on what works best for you.
