Southern Arizona Ear Nose & Throat is a Tucson based specialist that focuses on ENT related treatment and surgical procedures, such as allergy treatment, hearing restoration, sinus conditions, issues with the throat such as thyroid and salivary glands, along with swallowing and speech treatment.
Founded by Dr. Adam Ray, who has been practicing medicine in Tucson since 2006 and proudly serves our local Tucson community, but has provided procedures to patients throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. Dr. Ray is also a Board Certified surgeon that has performed thousands of successful surgeries to give patients life-changing relief.
Southern Arizona ENT is intentionally a small provider that is looking to focus on patient care that goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional medical service to our patients.

Meet the Doctor
Adam Ray, MD
Dr Ray is a native Arizonan. He was born and raised in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for undergraduate and Medical School. After his residency in Illinois was complete, he returned to live in Tucson with his wife Cindy, and raise their 5 children in the state he loves and calls home.
We are so excited to bring our vision of patient centered Ear, Nose and Throat care to you. Southern Arizona Ear, Nose & Throat was born out of a desire to return to a time when patients were individuals with specific needs and concerns.
Corporations have put themselves in the center of patient care, and in my opinion, have created layers of bureaucracy that hinders quality, personalized care. You are a unique individual. We recognize that not everything falls into a standard checklist and preordained protocol that primarily function to save corporations money and maximize revenue. Although we do adhere to efficiency and stewardship of limited resources, we feel we can provide higher quality care by maximizing personal relationships and eliminating waste by applying years of experience and knowledge administrators just do not understand.
